We’ll be working from Songbook 9. This is a brand new songbook that is still in draft form so we haven’t added it to the website yet, but you can find the download link in our latest mailout. Big thanks to Andrew for putting it together.

Laurie Pink (who does all the Levy Uke Up artwork) was commissioned to design an exclusive tea towel celebrating Levenshulme for the all new Levy Market on Saturday. We’re honoured that Levy Uke Up was included on it too!
The first batch has already sold out but I’m pretty sure there’ll be another batch soon so make sure you don’t miss your chance to get this genuine collector’s item!

The next Levy Uke Up is Sunday 14th April at the Blue Bell Inn from 7pm. Bring Songbook 8 with you. We’re also progessing with the Northern Soul songbook - more news about that soon, hopefully.

Levy Uke Up Greatest Hits Songbook
To celebrate our first birthday, we’ve compiled a songbook of our greatest hits from the past year. These are songs that always go down well at Uke Ups and they’re all fairly easy to play. Some of the arrangements have been updated and we’ve amended the lyrics for Sister Kate. Bring it with you for this Sunday’s Uke Up at the Blue Bell Inn, Barlow Road from 7pm!
On March 25th, Levy Uke Up will be a year old. Today was Part One of our birthday celebrations. We had an ACE workshop with Phil Doleman, beautiful handmade ukes by Robert Collins and news of a Grand Northern Ukulele Festival from Mary Agnes Krell. Oh and this amazing birthday cake made by Jane! Thanks to everyone involved :)
Part Two of our birthday celebrations will be our regular Uke Up next Sunday 24th March, 7pm at the Blue Bell Inn, Barlow Road - join us!

The next Levy Uke Up is Sunday 10th March, 7pm at The Levenshulme pub. We’ll be working from Songbook 8 again. There’s also a video playlist of all the songs here.
We’re also very excited about our workshop with Phil Doleman on Sunday 17th March! Get in touch if you haven’t already signed up for it - all places must be paid for in advance.

What a great Uke Up we had tonight, thanks to everyone who made it down. We’re definitely settling into our new home at the Levenshulme pub.
